The starting point

A serious club running without a system.

Karting Club México organized real races with real drivers: registrations, payments, results, championships. All managed across spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and paper.

Instead of starting from scratch, we gave them access to Velkin Racing Hub — our own race management platform, which we keep developing as a product — implemented and 100% branded as Karting Club México: internal administration, a public driver portal, real-time results during the race, and automatic cumulative championships, running in production on our own infrastructure.

What we built

A system designed for race day and for day-to-day management.

Real-time results

Server-Sent Events (SSE) — the grid and results update live without refreshing the page.

Driver portal with magic link

Secure passwordless access — each driver gets an email link to view their profile, registrations, and results.

Self-registration and payment tracking

Drivers register themselves. The team validates payment proof photos and marks payment as confirmed.

Automatic cumulative championship

Points per position calculated in real time. Driver standings and constructors' championship always up to date.

Admin dashboard

Event analytics, recent drivers, teams, registrations, and participation metrics in a single panel.

Certificates with visual editor

Automatic generation of participation certificates. Visual editor to customize templates per event.

Production stack on our own infrastructure.

Every layer chosen for performance, cost, and control: serverless database, Drive storage, transactional email via SMTP, and Docker containers on our own VPS.
